Entries open July 28, 2025.

Please submit awards entries by September 4, 2025.

The finalists will be announced October 15, 2025.

The winners will be announced November 19, 2025.

The Innovation Report will feature spotlights and interviews of all category winners and will be promoted to the 300,000+ influencers and decision-makers who read and trust Fierce Healthcare, Fierce Pharma, and Fierce Biotech.

Yes. You may submit the same product/service to multiple categories or submit multiple products/services to the same category. There is no limit to how many applications your company can submit.

Each entry will be reviewed by the judges against the set of criteria, which are designed to evaluate each entry’s innovation and effectiveness.

You can pay for your entry using a credit card at the time of submission. Submissions must be paid for by the deadline in order to be reviewed by judges.

It is mandatory for your entry to include your company name, company website, product/service name, and the following:

• Solution Overview
• Implementation & Use Case
• Outcomes & Impact

If you are an agency filing on behalf of a life science client, please note both parties in the application. Please submit at least one visual element per entry. Photos, video compilations, case study proofs and PowerPoint presentations are all encouraged as compelling ways to make your entry stand out.

Please provide the following formats only for company logos: eps, jpg, png or psd. For other supporting information, we accept PDFs, video attachments may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo and website URLs to the publicly accessible campaign or the active URL of a landing page.

Yes, we are accepting applications from anywhere in the world.

The cost to submit a single application is $575.

Any company that has released a product/service in the healthcare or life sciences industries is welcome to apply. Each entry will be scored based on the ability of the applicant to demonstrate the following criteria: effectiveness; technical innovation; competitive advantage; financial impact; and true innovation. Descriptions of each specific category can be found on the Categories & Criteria page.

No, however, some of the judges’ comments may be featured in the Innovation Report.

In order to maintain confidentiality around the awards we are unable to disclose the exact number of nominations that we receive. Some categories are more popular than others, but we have a healthy application pool for all categories.

Your entry is eligible if it was released in the past year or if an existing innovation had a significant updated, enhancement, or alteration within the past year. Our page explains more criteria here.
